Commission Terms and Conditions
General
If you have any questions about your request or what I am able to draw, please don't hesitate to ask!
The price range may vary depending on complexity.
When ordering, submitting only long paragraphs of the character's design is discouraged and will be denied, as these are not character design commissions.
Payment
All prices are in USD.
After discussion and request approval, the artist will send you (the commissioner) a Paypal Invoice.
Unless otherwise stated; The artist requires a minimum of 50% payment upfront. The remaining 50% will be required once the sketch is finalized and approved.
Refunds for commissioned pieces will not be granted once the artist has started sketching.
Revisions
Please discuss any major changes during the sketching stage.
After the art making process has started, only three (3) minor revisions to the commissioned piece will be allowed.
Any major revisions made after the sketching stage may result in an additional fee.
Revisions requested after the final commissioned piece has been submitted will not be entertained.
Deadlines and Delivery
My commissions typically take 1-4 month(s) to complete.
Earliest you may expect progress is 2-3 weeks.
If you need your commission done earlier than a month, rush fee for any commission is $25.
Terms of Use
The commissioner CAN:
Use the image for their icon, header, background WITH credit (artist site/profile).
Use the image as backgrounds on personal devices.
Share the image on their social media WITH proper credit (artist site/profile).
Print for PERSONAL use only.
The commissioner and other parties CANNOT:
Reproduce the artwork for merchandise or for selling without a prior agreement or contract.
Use the artwork for blockchain, NFTs (Non-Fungible Token), or AI generation usage.
Modify, edit, trace, and repurpose the commissioned piece.
Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.
Post the commissioned piece online WITHOUT proper credits to the artist (artist site/profile).
Intellectual Property Rights
The artist remains the rightful owner of the commissioned work.
The artist may include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commission sheets, etc. (If you do not want your commission to be shared online, please let me know).
If the commissioner wants to use the art commercially or for other projects, please discuss it with the artist.
By commissioning the artist, you agree to the terms and conditions written out on this page. Failure to comply with any of the terms above may result in blacklisting and permanent ban.

Oh jeez, you're actually interested in seeing stuff before 2020? Honestly all the stuff I put on this carrd was pulled from my current computer's files. Anything from before are spread out across the world-wide-web online. Maybe you would like to see some mega cringe?I've been online since 2011 at the ripe age of 13 :') So if you're curious to see what the start of the journey looked like, feel free to follow the buttons and laugh and marvel at my teenage years.A little backstory: I actually started drawing on the Nintendo DSi XL on Flipnote Studio and joined the Flipnote Hatena community. It is why I wanted to get into animation and why I love drawing. I'm a tad nostalgic for it. I've since lost all my sketchbooks I accumulated growing up (which I am SUPER sad about!!), but I am growing an even bigger collection now with my college and post-grad doodles.Maybe I will share them online someday..
